Missing or Lost Shipments:
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the boxes and confirm that you've received the correct number of boxes stated on the delivery receipt. If part or all of your shipment is lost in transit, promptly contact info@tiebacksandtassels.com, and we will promptly investigate the matter.
Returns Policy:
In the event that your shipment arrives damaged within 12 business days of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will swiftly replace the damaged items upon receipt of a picture of the damaged goods for our records.
Missing or Lost Shipments:
Stands For Backdrop accepts returns for certain products if they are returned freight prepaid within ten days of receipt. Please note that returns must be authorized in writing, and certain custom-made products, including draperies and carts, cannot be returned. All returned products must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact info@tiebacksandtassels.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Be sure to provide your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Once you have your RA#, prominently display it on each package you return to us. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Please note that a 30% restocking fee and outbound freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
Undeliverable Shipments:
If your shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping company, it will be handled according to our return policy. No credit will be allowed for draperies and custom orders in such cases.
